This is my Yankee Candle Winter Glow scented candle Review.
Yankee Candle Winter Glow was my favorite scent of the Winter 2015 collection when I went to sniff them in the store. Since then, some reviews have popped up and people are just completely underwhelmed by it. I finally gave my candle a test burn and I still like it.

The official scent notes in Yankee Candle Winter Glow are: frosted leaves, trees , amber.
Burning this, it’s a very blended scent with hardly any notes that I could really pick out as individuals because nothing stands out. Maybe that’s why people say it’s such a bland scent. Personally, I just find it super blended. It’s a laundry type scent, think a diluted version of Fluffy Towels. I get a bit of lily, soap and a tiny touch of sandalwood.
It actually reminds me of Yankee Candle’s Windblown, with that being the summer version and this being the winter version of the scent.
It’s not an intense scent. It will lightly freshen up the air but don’t expect to come into the room and sneeze when you burn this. It’s a light, airy, clean fragrance.
The scent throw was a 5. It will scent a seating area but don’t expect one jar to scent a room much bigger than a bathroom.
I’d burn this in January and February. The label makes it very wintry, so I wouldn’t burn it during other seasons, but based on the scent alone, it’s completely neutral and could be burned or melted all year round.
Yankee Candle Winter Glow is now back for the 2017 winter holiday season!
