Yankee Candle Enchanted Moon was added to the Fall 2018 collection and will be available in stores in August.
Burning Yankee Candle Enchanted Moon I have to say first off that it’s not a straight up men’s cologne smell like most “moon” or “night” candles tend to be. I can smell the peony o rrather rose mixed with a bit of jasmine. The base is a mix of dark berry and citrus with a nice smooth teak wood note. I can’t say it’s juniper berry exactly, since I feel that has a very distinct scent but there’s definitely a berry note with a herbal undertone. The teak note is similar to sandalwood, maybe a tad less warm and more woody.
Overall, Yankee Candle Enchanted Moon is not exactly autumnal or dark. It is more of a transitional scent in my opinion; I’d burn it late September or early October. It will blend well with more autumnal berry based scents and of course will loads of darker vanilla based fragrances.
I hope you enjoyed my Yankee Candle Enchanted Moon for Fall 2018 and I’ll talk to you soon!
