This is my Yankee Candle Champaca Blossom scented candle Review.
Yankee Candle Champaca Blossom is one of sister’s all time favorites. My sister owns a boutique and she normally has a scented candle burning in her register area. The customers always comment on the scents and she is careful to burn scents that are light and generally pleasing enough not to offend the shoppers. It’s a clothing boutique (sis is a designer) so most of the food and bakery scents don’t really fit and she tends to go for more floral and neutral scented candles. Yankee Candle Champaca Blossom fits that description. It’s a lovely woman’s perfume kind of scent, in fact it reminds me a lot of my Marc Jacobs Daisy Perfume.
The notes in Yankee Candle Champaca Blossom: champaca blossom.
I’ve never smelled an actual champaca blossom so I can’t say if this is true to life or not but it’s a great floral note, backed by a light grapefruit and strawberry. It’s a super expensive smelling blend of scents and I usually burn a jar of Yankee Candle Champaca Blossom in my hall when I have guests.
My medium jar version of Yankee Candle Champaca Blossom burns clean and even in my luminary, I get a nice wax pool after about two hours and the throw is about 5.
The votives in this scent are stronger than the candle and I only melt a third of a votive at a time for it to lightly scent my living room.
