This is my Goose Creek Candles Caramel Butter scented candle Review.
Goose Creek released a very foody collection for Fall. I like gourmet fragrance for the kitchen but not really for the rest of the house. And I’m not looking for super strong foody scents since my kitchen is medium sized.
As for my preferences in food scents, I have a hard time with caramel and maple scents since they tend to be very heavy and cloying and I find that brown sugar notes often smell like burned sugar to my nose. So based on all that, I didn’t have high hopes for Caramel Butter but I love trying new scents and I bought a sample size of this scent.

Goose Creek came out with a new for of their wax for the fall season. They’re calling them “fireflies” and they’re basically a larger tealight that has about 10 hours of burn time.
Goose Creek Candles Caramel Butter scented candle’s official scents notes are: sweet caramel cream, praline, vanilla bean and cinnamon sugar.
This is a very very sweet and heavy scent. It’s thick and gooey and if you love super sweet fragrances, this is for you. The caramel is intense. It practically drowns out the other notes in this. There is a buttery aspect to it, making it even thicker than just plain caramel. The caramel stays clean, meaning it doesn’t get the dreaded burned undertone.
I’d need to dillute this to enjoy it, but it’s so potent I have no idea how to do that. I think it would work with a coffee scent.
As expected, it’s not for me. The throw on this is a beast, I’d say at least a 9. Anyone who loves caramel or is looking for something that will scent an entire floor, this is a must buy.
