This is my Yankee Candle Apple Pumpkin scented candle Review.
Yankee Candle Apple Pumpkin is a very traditional autumn fragrance. I have an old one that I only burned about half way through and then packed it away and promptly forgot about it. But I was going through my storage room today because I was looking for my rollerblades – don’t ask – and found a box labeled “ used autumn candles”. I cracked that baby open and there were 8 candles, most from two years ago and Yankee Candle Apple Pumpkin was one of them.
The official notes in Yankee Candle Apple Pumpkin are: apples and pumpkins.
I mostly get apple and quite a bit of clove spice mixed with brown sugar. There’s a little bit of pumpkin but you almost need to know it’s there to be able to pick it out. There’s no bakery or vanilla note, which makes it stand out amongst my other apple and pumpkin scented candles. It’s very cozy and warm without having vanilla, amber or cinnamon and that makes it pretty unique.

I have a large two wick tumbler of Yankee Candle Apple Pumpkin. I went with the tumbler because large jars had some scent throw issues in 2013 and 2014 and I thought I’d be safer with a newer form of candle.
It was a very strong candle, the scent throw on my Yankee Candle Apple Pumpkin was a solid 8. I could smell it in my kitchen after only about 20 minutes because the two wick tumblers burn much faster than the one wick jars. I’d get a good wax pool after an hour and a half. I did get quite a bit of soot on this but I was pretty lazy with trimming the wicks so that was probably the culprit.
The large tumbler has two wicks, flat metal lid, 22 oz and 85 hours of burn time.
I hope you enjoyed my Yankee Candle Apple Pumpkin scented candle Review and I’ll talk to you soon!
